Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
Using Nexploy — self-hosted or on a managed instance — means you agree to these terms. Paid subscriptions are additionally governed by the Sales Terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind that company to them.
2. The service
Nexploy is a deployment platform: it builds container images from a Git repository and runs them, with routing, SSL and monitoring on top. Self-hosted, it runs entirely on infrastructure you control. On a managed instance, we provision and maintain the server on your behalf under the plan you subscribe to.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys, and for the actions taken through them. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Nexploy to host content or run workloads that are illegal, infringe on someone else’s rights, or that disrupt the infrastructure the platform runs on. We can suspend an instance that endangers the platform or other users while we sort it out with you.
5. AI assistant
The optional AI assistant acts on your infrastructure through tools you can inspect, and asks for confirmation before any action that changes a running service. Its outputs are generated by the model provider you configure — Nexploy does not proxy or store your prompts.
6. Open source and license
The core software is open source; the license in the repository governs your right to run, modify and redistribute it. These terms apply on top of that license to the managed service specifically — the hosting, billing and support around it.
7. Your content
Your source code, images and data remain yours. On self-hosted instances they never leave your infrastructure. On managed instances, we only access them as needed to operate the service or to help you when you ask us to.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep managed instances available and backed up, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Nexploy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, after giving you a reasonable chance to fix it where the issue is not urgent.
10. Governing law

11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice before they take effect.
