1. Scope
These Sales Terms (Conditions Générales de Vente) govern the purchase of a paid, managed Nexploy plan. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service, which cover use of the platform generally. Self-hosting Nexploy is free and is not a sale — it is not covered by this page.
2. Plans and pricing
Current plans are Starter (€4.99/month), Pro (€12.99/month), Business (€29.99/month), plus a custom Enterprise plan. Full feature breakdowns are on the pricing page; the prices shown there at the time of purchase are the ones that apply. Prices are in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable VAT.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until you cancel. We do not store your card details ourselves.
4. Changes to your plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Price changes
We may change plan prices going forward. Existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on their subscription.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, individual (non-business) customers have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without justification. Because provisioning a server begins immediately on subscription, you expressly agree — by starting checkout — to immediate performance and acknowledge that this waives the withdrawal right once the service has started, as permitted by law for services fully performed before the withdrawal period ends.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and the plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where required by law or at our discretion for a service-level failure on our side.
8. Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are quoted individually and governed by the specific order form agreed with [email protected]; where the two conflict, the order form prevails over this page.
9. Taxes
Prices exclude VAT/sales tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing details and added to the charge.
